Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on all jewelry, both in-store and online within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are unworn, in original condition, and include all original tags and packaging.

Final Sale Items

Some of our items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

Engraved jewelry
Last Chance pieces
Chain Extenders
Earring Backs and Lifters
Mystery Items
Permanent jewelry

Please double-check your order before placing it, especially for personalized pieces.

U.S. Returns & Exchanges

A $6.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total.
For online exchanges, we offer a 15% bonus in store credit to say thank you (available to U.S. customers only).

International Returns

All international returns are subject to a return fee, based on the cost of return shipping from your location.
Refunds may take up to 30 days to be processed once your return is received.

Jewelry Bundles & Gift Sets

For bundles, you may return the entire set or keep some items. If you return only part of the bundle, a proportionate refund will be issued based on the pieces returned.
For gift sets, the full set must be returned to qualify for a refund.
